Seeing the great lack of drivers in Europe, we focused on identifying experienced professional drivers from Romania, or drivers with less experience, to help them find companies that offer them the comfort of work abroad. A place where human resources matter and collaboration should be beneficial for both parties. In time, we have also identified companies with other fields of activity and we have also collaborated with them looking for professionals in machine mechanics, machinists on construction equipments, builders, welders and seasonal in agriculture.

We have made sure that the human resources are respected in the new workplace and that they, in return, comply with the demands of the employer.

Through interviews, documents verification and calls to former employers we checked the information from the CVs and the professionalism of the candidates. Professional drivers can be evaluated through our collaborators from Oradea, where we have an option to test their skills, abilities and experience as professional drivers on different types of trucks. Those with less experience are helped by us to improve their driving skills. They are trained in everything that means the field of transport and then we recommend them to companies that accept less experienced drivers but eager to learn what this job means.

Knowing that the separation from their environment and family is difficult, we tried, when the client asked us, to find a job for the family left in Romania. Most of the time, we were helped by our foreign collaborators.

For us, the mental comfort of the employee is very important and we know that this helps him to fulfill his service tasks with much more professionalism.
